• Planning and scheduling both brewing production and Packaging operations for Zambia breweries two (2) sites. • Develop and Publish production schedules and manage changes as necessary to align with sales and supply. • Develop the 13 Week Plans in The Planning Tool, to align Forecasted Weekly Sales per brand, Per SKU, factoring in Plant Capacities and publish the same to all Stake Holders weekly. • Publish and Review Draft Plan for Next week and align same with Supply Teams highlighting key focus areas to realize attainment of Monthly Planned Volumes. • Raw Materials Planning, Raising Purchase Requisitions and following up on Supply. • Anchor a daily production / scheduling call- to coordinate execution of panned supply and align resources, production materials. • Responsible for Raising all Imported Finished Goods Orders • Responsible for raising all Carpex Orders relating to Returnable Empty Containers – Glass, Crates and Empty Kegs. • Monitoring Best Before date (BBDs) on all production materials and consumables, from reports circulated by stock controllers, and ensuring that we use material before their expiry and getting concessions were necessary. • Monitor and report adherence of planned supply plans to actual volume supplied, • Track and Report on achievement of key performance indicators- KPIs.
