 To coordinate Business Development Consultants (BDC) and Territory Sales Representative (TSR) in the region assigned on daily activities (Gross addition GA, New outlet acquisition, Booth management and also Retail engagement.  Distribution Management, Effective management of distributors in the Territory to insure target set are met and resolve distributors conflict to ensure business continuity and relationship  Customer acquisition, recruit customers/increase gross addition on mobile network, ensure effective use of EKYC devices, increase site utilization/Network usage  Training, to provide training on any new products and services to ensure product knowledge by dealers and other stakeholders  Analysis of business development and monitor market trends in relation to customer needs and wants.  Trade Management, To develop and manage distribution routes of designated territory of operation in order to meet set trade KPI per month, create sustainable distribution infrastructure in the respective market clusters within which will be permanent availability of Zamtel stock and services  Dealer recruitment, to recruit dealers and management of rout planes in newly installed areas in order to grow the business.  Report; prepare a report to management on the activities of the Territory for decision marking.
Skills
 Have more than ten (15) years of working experience with a proven and successful track record within a sales and marketing environments in complex multi-disciplinary and fast moving organizations.  Possess expertise in sales and marketing, customer service, business development and relationship management.  Have experience in initiating and implementing marketing strategies, marketing campaigns and conducting market research while making a strategic contribution at senior management.  Experience in initiating the effective delivery of business and transformational goals.  Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.  Detail oriented and excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills; Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.  Excellent communicator with a strong verbal and written communication, presentation, management and leadership skills.
