The problem identified in my organisation was that of high staff turnover which was impacting the delivery service and consequently the financial inflows of the office and this was threatening the going concern or future existence of the office. Note that I had medical problems from 2014 till 2016 (ill health due to pregnancy) hence the delay in completion.
