Play all technical advisor role for the water supply, Sanitation, and hygiene infrastructure as well behavioral change communication (Sanitation and Hygiene Promotion). Drafted the National WASH facilities and services O & M Strategy and Monitor the construction of 30 improved toilets construction in 30 public Schools located in the 10 sub-cities of Addis Ababa city administration and document the lessons with reference to the project implementation frameworks and strategy. Led a team Seven Engineers and implemented project WISE (Water Supply and Sanitation in Schools for Everyone) in collaboration with the behavioral change and sustainability Team. Improved WASH facilities and services in more than 150 Schools in Addis Ababa city Administration, developed the accelerated project WISE implementation framework, crated strong partnership , developed the implementation framework for the 30 toilets construction, wrote the proposal on optimizing and insure sustainability of water supply in public schools via central storage system, wrote proposal on Roof water harvesting to augment water supply in schools.

In my Senior WASH Technical Advisor position and later the Sustainable Sanitation and Hygiene Transformation (SSTP) Project leader, I had developed two proposals and secured grant from EU and Dubai Cares Foundation. Moreover, coordinate and lead the EU and Dubai Cares foundation projects, facilitated more than 150 communities to attained ODF status in Oromia region through CLTSH approach, improved the synergy between WASH and Renewable Energy (Biogas) team.
