Position : Gaming Attendants

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Gaming Attendants to join our talented and friendly team and ensure an exceptional level of customer service is offered to our customers.

About the Role…

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive environment with ongoing training and development to extend your knowledge and skills within the hospitality industry.

In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:

  • Providing an exceptional customer service experience to our customers.
  • Processing orders and delivering accurate, friendly and efficient service
  • Assisting enquiries/requests and providing accurate Gaming information
  • Maintaining general cleanliness of all service areas including smoking areas

About you…
To be successful in this role you need to possess the following:

Skills & competencies:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (highly desirable but not essential)
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional grooming and presentation
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Self-motivated and organised with the ability to multitask
  • High-energy individual with a positive attitude and eager to perform to the best of their
    ability
  • Ability to understand Canterbury’s products and service offerings as well as customer
    needs
  • Flexibility to work a rotating 24-hour, 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current National Registration Card (NRC)  (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
  • certificate in any related field
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Full working rights
  • Must be hardworking
